Roles & Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Handle Accounts Receivable function of Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and Four Seasons Hotel DIFC.

  • Handle guest and credit card inquiries concerning accounts including the documentation and preparation of adjustments if necessary on a timely basis.

  • Prepare and maintain complete, accurate, and organized records for all outstanding accounts as directed by the Credit Manager.

  • Review group and catering contracts, establish an understanding of billing arrangements and follow up on deposits and prepayments.

  • Assist the Credit Manager with others duties as requested including the following: Collection of outstanding accounts; Attending pre & post-conference meetings with meeting planners.

  • 6 days per week over 48 working hours.

  • AR Hospitality back-ground, knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage.

  • Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner
