Responsibilities

We are seeking a focused, driven, and high-performing Account Director with a strong sales DNA and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Territory of Coverage: Middle East (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait), experience in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain as a plus.

Essential Functions

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing and past clients to build a robust pipeline.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiations at the executive level, particularly within enterprise and public sector accounts.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and create compelling value propositions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations using strong communication skills and sales tools to articulate the value of ETQ s Reliance solution and Quality Management System.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Presales, Services, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Attend industry events, product trainings, and webinars to stay current on trends, solutions, and sales methodologies.
  • Utilize digital sales tools and content to align with the buyer s journey, enhancing efficiency and velocity in the sales process.

Education / Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges and operational needs within the utilities, telecom, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and presentation with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate the ETQ value proposition.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with modern sales enablement tools.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
  • Proven success in selling Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions and/or Utilities & Communication (U&C) solutions is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Added Value Skills

  • Experience selling into public utilities, telecom operators, infrastructure authorities, or municipalities.
  • Familiarity with EAM platforms.
  • Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in asset-intensive industries.
  • Ability to articulate ROI and business value in technical and operational contexts.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, asset lifecycle management, and field service operations.
