Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Assisting with the installation HVAC systems on for the assigned areas.

* To ensure the overall smooth functioning of the A/Cs as required by the A/C technician following by the management.

*Following instructions for picking up and delivery parts, tools, materials, and supplies to from the job site.

*Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.

*Cleaning and replacing air ducts.

*Completing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and associated equipment.

*Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing and electrical systems.

*Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service.

*To perform the troubleshooting and corrective maintenance within the time frame for Windows A/Cs

*Diagnosing the fault and repairing the Air Conditioning system.

*Helping to inspecting the A/Cs on a regular basis as per the instructions of the A/C department's technician and management as well.

*To perform the preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.

*Reporting to the Seniors and air condition Dept. Manager as well

*To isolate/cordon-off the areas where Air Condition maintenance work in progress.

*Knowing about the job safety and food safety while using the equipment.

*Following the company's rules and regulations.

*Must know how to repair the compressor.

3-5 Years of Experience

With Bachelor's/Master's Degree - Attested Certificates
