We are seeking a world-class 3D Designer with the creative vision and technical expertise to deliver highly detailed, hyper-realistic 3D renderings and animations. You will be responsible for visualizing premium residential projects that span interior design, architectural fit-outs, bespoke furniture, landscaping and outdoor living spaces.

Working alongside architects, interior designers, creative designers, prompt engineers and the marketing team, you will play a critical role in helping clients see and feel the full potential of their future spaces before a single stone is laid.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate architectural drawings, mood boards, and material palettes into highly detailed, hyper-realistic 3D renderings covering both interior and exterior spaces.
• Produce cinematic walkthroughs, animated flythroughs, and motion sequences for client presentations and marketing use.
• Work across a variety of project types including luxury interiors, custom joinery, fitted furniture, gardens, swimming pools, pergolas, hardscape/softscape, and outdoor features.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and prompt engineers to ensure visuals are technically accurate and emotionally engaging.
• Develop graphic assets and promotional materials for presentations, brochures, social media, and branded marketing content.
• Edit short videos and project reels using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to showcase project highlights.
• Maintain a well-organized 3D asset library, including materials, furniture, lighting presets, and model references.
• Deliver consistently high-quality visualizations that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and design standards.

Skills & Software Expertise

• 3D Software Mastery: Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray (or Corona) and Lumion.
• Extended Toolset (Preferred):Knowledge of Blender, ZBrush, Mari, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Katana, Clarisse, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha, Noodle, After Effects, Fusion.
• AutoCAD Familiarity: Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings accurately.
• Graphic Design: Strong ability in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for artwork creation and layout.
• Video Editing: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics and promotional edits.
• Lighting & Material Realism: Deep understanding of photorealistic texture mapping, reflections, shadows, and environmental effects.
• Interior & Exterior Focus: Confident creating visuals for both bespoke interiors and high-end landscaping/pool environments.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in visual accuracy, materials, and finish quality.
• Collaborative: Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with designers, engineers, and marketing teams.
• Deadline-Driven: Able to manage multiple project timelines without compromising output quality.

Experience Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, preferably within architecture, interior design, landscaping, or high-end real estate.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hyper-realistic, technically precise renderings across both interior and exterior projects.
• Proven experience producing motion visuals and video edits for client-facing or promotional use.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team and responding to iterative feedback under tight deadlines.
