Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Transform client visions into immersive 3D interior spaces using advanced software tools and artistic flair.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to understand spatial dynamics, lighting, and structural constraints.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure cohesive design execution and adherence to timelines.
- Create detailed 3D renderings and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or diploma degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in 3D interior design, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
Certification from recognized bodies like NCIDQ or equivalent is preferred to validate professional expertise.
Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design environments, demonstrating versatility.
