Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of central AC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and air handling units, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues in central AC systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, such as compressors, fans, valves, and electrical circuits, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Install new central AC systems, including all necessary components and ductwork, based on blueprints and specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a technical diploma or vocational certificate in HVAC/R or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of central AC systems, preferably within the commercial or industrial sector.
- Demonstrates proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues in central AC systems, including chillers and cooling towers.
- Demonstrates proficiency with various refrigerant types and their handling procedures.
