Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of false ceiling and painting projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and material procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and generate regular reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Evaluate and select suitable materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project specifications.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other technical documents to maintain project accuracy.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, including potential delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent.
- Demonstrates at least 3-5 years of experience in false ceiling and painting projects within the construction industry.
- Exhibits strong proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Displays strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Should be a citizen and be able to speak fluently in English and Arabic.
