About the role Yatai Outlet Assistant Manager Four Seasons Hotel Sharm El Sheik, Egypt Position Overview As the Assistant Outlet Manager, you will support the Outlet Manager in leading the daily operations of Yatai Restaurant and also supporting the other outlets as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and fostering a positive, professional work environment for your team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, a deep understanding of Asian cuisine, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Reporting directly to Asian Restaurant Manager. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily supervision and coordination of restaurant operations.
  • Ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction in line with Four Seasons standards.
  • Train, mentor, and support the Yatai service team to deliver personalized and anticipatory service.
  • Support in managing schedules, labor costs, inventory, and operating supplies.
  • Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure menu quality and consistency.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Uphold the Four Seasons brand values of luxury, service, and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Supervisory or Managerial experience in a restaurant, bar or luxury hotel. Previous experience with Asian or Japanese cuisine is highly preferred (Optional)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a team-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexible working hours and a team leader
  • Knowledge of restaurant management systems and basic financial reporting.
