Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards to maximize productivity.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Coordinate resource allocation, including tools and materials, to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of work quality and safety compliance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred to provide a solid technical foundation.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of processes.
Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are highly regarded, showcasing commitment to quality improvement.
