Roles & Responsibilities

Overview of the Role: Zodiac Automobile Repair is looking for a well-organized and proactive Workshop Supervisor to oversee complete workshop operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing workflow scheduling, job coordination, and interdepartmental communication to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently across all service sections. What You Will Do: - Supervise daily operations across denting, painting, mechanical, and delivery departments. - Allocate timeslots for incoming vehicles and ensure effective resource planning. - Coordinate with reception to manage job cards, updates, and customer expectations. - Monitor work progress, track deadlines, and ensure jobs are completed on schedule. - Conduct daily team briefings and maintain high productivity levels. - Handle job flow bottlenecks and workshop space management. - Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and cleanliness.

About the Team: You will directly report to the Operations Manager and work closely with all department heads to maintain seamless operations and ensure service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills to Be Successful: - Minimum 5 years of experience managing a multi-department workshop. - Strong coordination and time-management skills. - Solid understanding of automotive workshop processes and job flow. - Hands-on mechanical or bodywork experience, must be capable of physically assisting or stepping in when required. - Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Tech-savvy with familiarity in job card and workshop management systems.
