1) Half yearly check (PPM) on all tanks (120 tanks in UAE & 4 Oman). Fill up check list and sign off from customer. Includes Tanks/Vaporizers/Pumps/Manifolds/Pipelines/Mixing Units

2) Initiate actions against PPM findings within shortest timeframe based on the priority rating.

3) New Customer training and record in training format duly signed by customer.

4) Annual Refresher Customer training and record in training format duly signed by customer.

5) Annual Calibration of Safety Valves/DP gauges/Pressure Gauges/TRV of all EIGC tanks and record the same.

6) Pressure testing of tanks as need based.

7) Check on painting condition of tanks/LOGO and arrange for necessary actions.

8) New customer site survey for Tanks/Manifolds/Piping etc and provide estimation,

9) Planning, ordering of materials, Supply, Execution, Testing & Commissioning of Projects at customer site.

10) New vendor development for operational efficiency.

11) Raise MPR (Material Purchase Requisition) for stock and project items.

12) Willing to work extended hours for completion of job on priority basis.

13) Attend customer calls on uninterrupted basis and provide priority service as applicable based on importance.

14) Customer satisfaction and appreciation through service.

15) Close coordination with Sales team for smooth handling of projects and customers.

16) Maintenance of all records related to CES.

17) Technical capability and capacity to enhance CES functions through innovation and expertise.

18) To conduct works in a safe way following all safety norms and avoiding near miss/ incidents/accidents.

19) Timely completion of Customer site works/Installations.

20) Follow up with Purchase dept. for materials request and monitoring the same.

21) Maintain customer dossier with relevant documents.
