Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing and refining warranty procedures based on principal requirements.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct A&S's full warranty program, including parts and tire warranties.
Document and maintain up-to-date warranty procedures.
Ensure all warranty claims are submitted and processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Issue warranty credit memos to the principal.
Coordinate with the Service Manager to provide feedback to the manufacturer on recurring warranty or quality issues.
Act swiftly to minimize lead time in warranty claim processing.
Maintain documentation in compliance with internal and external audit standards.
Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Education:
- High diploma or degree in Automotive Technology.
Language:
- Fluency in English (required).
- Arabic is preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or ERP systems.
Equipment Knowledge:
- Familiarity with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Proficient in using standard office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers).
