Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The applicant should know how to configure, maintain and support Windows server
operating systems and IIS. The applicant should monitor server performance and
stability, Perform automatic security updates for Windows server and other
applications. Provide technical support to clients and answer all of their
questions. Be able to prepare documents and reports about server status. Be able
to work with servers remotely.

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008.
  • Internet information services 7.0 (IIS 7.0) web server.
  • ASP.NET 3.5 Configuration and Deployment for hosting environment.
  • SQL Server installation, implementation and administration
  • PHP & MySQL configuration and administration is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent report writing.
  • Technical Support in English and/or Arabic.
  • Ready for learning upcoming technologies.
  • Self motivated, hard worker.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
