Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Wellness Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a wellness standalone venue.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UAE experience, a strong operations background (non-hotel), and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across wellness, healing, spa, and café services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations across wellness, spa, yoga studios, and F&B outlets
• Manage therapists, healers, reception, café teams, and scheduling
• Ensure service standards, guest experience, and operational excellence
• Oversee inventory, procurement, SOPs, and quality control
• Drive revenue across wellness programs, classes, and F&B
• Coordinate with marketing on offers, and events
• Handle budgets, cost control, and reporting to management
• Ensure municipality and compliance standards are upheld
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in health promotion, wellness management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wellness operations or a related role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Wellness, spa, or fitness operations experience
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of wellness professionals.
- Strong understanding of wellness program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using wellness software and other relevant technology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
