Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Guest Journey & Service

  • Welcome all guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner.
  • Manage reservations for spa treatments, fitness sessions, and wellness programs.
  • Confirm, modify, or cancel bookings promptly and accurately.
  • Provide information on spa services, fitness programs, membership options, and promotions.
  • Assist with guest check-in/check-out, billing, and payment processing.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

Operational Support

  • Ensure the reception and lounge areas are clean, welcoming, and guest-ready.
  • Coordinate daily schedules with therapists, fitness instructors, and attendants.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, treatment logs, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs for booking, cash handling, and data entry.
  • Support the Spa Supervisor in administrative tasks and operational reporting.

Sales & Business Contribution

  • Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and fitness services to maximize bookings.
  • Upsell and cross-sell wellness packages, memberships, and seasonal promotions.
  • Drive retail sales by recommending products aligned with guest needs.
  • Assist in achieving monthly revenue and sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a receptionist in luxury hospitality, spa, or wellness environment.
  • Strong knowledge of spa and fitness services is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in booking/reservation systems and Microsoft Office; spa software experience preferred.
  • Professional grooming and guest-centric attitude.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
