Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for HSE and various technical disciplines (welding, pipefitting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC), ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and assessments, incorporating best practices and current industry trends.
  • Facilitate practical training sessions, demonstrations, and simulations, fostering a hands-on learning environment and ensuring trainees acquire practical skills.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to trainees, supporting their professional development and career advancement in the respective fields.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with relevant quality standards and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluation.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Instructor Experience of 3 Years
  • Diploma or Engineering qualification in relevant Subject or Equivalent
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and engage trainees.
  • Has proven experience in delivering training programs and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant technical fields (welding, pipefitting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
