Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute welding procedures with precision, ensuring all welds meet specified quality standards and project requirements.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials.
  • Prepare surfaces for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and positioning components to ensure proper fit-up.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Holds a valid welding certification from a recognized organization (e.g., AWS, ASME).
  • Demonstrates 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a related field, such as construction, manufacturing, or fabrication.
  • Exhibits proficiency in various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
