Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of WebSphere Application Server environments
  • Your role involves ensuring the availability, performance, and security of applications running on the WebSphere platform
  • You should have a strong technical background in WAS administration, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
  • You should have worked on Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of WebSphere MQ
  • You should have Built development environments and provide support during application development
  • You should have Built production systems and provide support through to go live
  • Provide documentation for production support
  • Performing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and delivering continuous improvement including providing direction to delivery teams on design principles to support high availability, performance and application resiliency
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Monitor the performance of WebSphere environments and proactively optimize configurations
