Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Website Developer to join our team in Ha il. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying complex and user-friendly websites and web applications. You will be responsible for leading website development projects from conception to launch, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and secure web applications and websites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Design and implement efficient and secure back-end systems, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging 1 to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage code repositories, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in website development.
• Proven expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java, .NET) and associated frameworks.
• Extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to 2 work effectively in a team environment.
