Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
- The Web Inbound Sales Advisor you will be required to sell a range of National Pen products to new and existing customers by answering inbound web sales queries from the National Pen website. You will educate, inform, nurture, and guide your lead through the decision-making process. In doing so, you will provide our customers with an incredible service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow up on sales leads generated by visitors to our website. Answer inbound sales calls from new and existing customers
- Provide the caller with detailed information on our products and pricing to ensure an enhanced customer experience
- Ensure any customer issues are dealt within an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products
- Explain our product range to our new customers to the website and propose some suitable products and offers
- Generate the customer order and follow up to order confirmation stage
- Works towards individual and team targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, which will be supported by on on-going training, support and coaching
- Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
- Cover other miscellaneous tasks if time allows including text translations, customer queries from Facebook and Trustpilot web product feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good level of English
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in sales environment with an understanding of the importance of building relationships with key decision makers Passionate about helping the customer to choose the right products to suit their Businesses needs

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure, handle rejections well and maintain a confident approach at all times
- An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal oriented to achieve your own targets and also your teams
- Experience in MS Office and other computer systems
