Responsibilities:

Product Management Support: Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our product catalog. This includes assisting with updates to product types, categories, names, SKUs, pricing, and attributes. You'll also help format CSV data for importing product information


Order and Fulfillment Monitoring: Keep an eye on order statuses, track returns, and manage shipping notices to ensure timely and accurate deliveries


Operational Assistance: Provide general support to the E-commerce Specialist in their day-to-day tasks, which may include coordinating with various internal and external parties and helping to identify and flag website issues


Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in business marketing or related major is preferred

Experience: Previous experience in a retail or administrative support role is a plus

Experience in an e-commerce environment is a strong advantage

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce is a plus

Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts and online payment processes is beneficial

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
