The website must feature an integrated booking system compatible with payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or Vipps, and support calendar synchronization with platforms like Airbnb and Booking via iCal or a channel manager. The site should be responsive, multilingual (at least Spanish and English), and include an intuitive admin panel for property management. Basic SEO optimization and automated booking confirmation emails are also required.
