Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
• Sales Achieve sales targets as per wealth Management department objectives
• Sales opportunities utilizing opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing Customers
• Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales
• Priority customers Maintain strong relationships with priority customers and refer new sales opportunities to Senior relationship Manager
• Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints
• Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from clients; escalate issue if needed to the senior relationship manager
• Customer requests Process requests from new customers and provide them with excellent service
Job Success Factors
• Retention of priority customers
• Sales of products and services
• Effective handling of customer requests, applications etc.
• Achievement of sales targets
• Customer satisfaction with products
• High levels of customer service, positive feedback, minimum complaints
• Professionalism in handling all complaints and issues
• Professionalism in processing clients requests
• Opportunities for sales identified and converted
• Compliance with operational procedures and instructions, Risk Policies
Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years in a branch role, typically CSR
• Sales experience
• Experience of handling customer transactions and requests
