Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the outdoor sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Drive business growth through outdoor sales, promotions, and client acquisition.

• Ensure high-quality sales delivery and excellent customer experience.

• Monitor daily operations, schedules, and team performance.

• Train, guide, and support staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Prepare reports and share insights with management for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales,

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
