  • Supervise all water-based activities with attentiveness and calm, ensuring guests feel supported and protected.

Operations & Service Excellence:

  • Set up and reset beachfront areas before and after each session to create an inviting, peaceful, and organized environment.
  • Support resort operations with flexibility, stepping in as needed to assist with wellness, fitness, or special event programming.
  • Foster strong guest relationships by providing personalized, memorable experiences, and actively contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction and positive reviews across social media and feedback platforms

Revenue Generation & Guest Upselling:

  • Cross-sell relevant retail gear, beachwear, spa therapies, or movement experiences that complement aquatic offerings.
  • Suggest additional services that align with a guest s wellness goals, supporting a well-rounded journey and enhancing their stay.
  • Meet personal and departmental revenue and upselling goals through genuine, guest-focused service excellence.

Guest Relations & Emotional Support:

  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels safe, inspired, and valued regardless of skill level or prior water experience.
  • Provide motivation, reassurance, and support to guests overcoming fears or stepping out of their comfort zone.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations that help guests reconnect with nature, release stress, and rediscover joy.
  • Share insights into the natural marine environment to cultivate deeper appreciation for the Red Sea s unique ecosystem.
