Job Purpose

To ensure that all washing jobs are completed within agreed timescales and to the standard expected by the Principal assuring high level of customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities

Car Washing

1. Ensure that the car is washed to the highest possible standard and ready for service advisor to deliver to the customer, therefore delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Identify priority vehicles and complete within agreed timescales to deliver customer satisfaction.

3. Complete a written record of each vehicle cleaned.

Operational

4. Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of Al Nabooda Automobiles.

5. Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.

6. Maintain washing equipment and tools and ensure that the washing area is kept clean and tidy.

7. Ensure economic and efficient use of consumables.

8. Move vehicles safely within the service centre.

Personal Development

9. Maintain and develop own skills and technical knowledge and agree a development plan with line manager.

10. Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.
