Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations (in Marsa Alam & Hurghada) to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and clinical teams to ensure timely delivery of essential materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities using warehouse management systems.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and address staff concerns to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and compliance metrics to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
- Proven experience managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and uphold safety and compliance standards.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent or shifting priorities as needed.
