Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Acts systematically and defines priorities to complete tasks according to a timeline and budget with milestones.

· Is able to foresee future challenges for the operations (e.g. Seasonality) and proactively plan solutions.

· Be able to link KPI performance to financial impact.

· Able to give and take appropriate positive and constructive feedback.

· Succession planning

· Coaching & Guidance

· Takes effective decisions timely and autonomously.

Key focus areas:

· Health and Safety standards being communicated and followed.

· Accurate billing, reporting and documentation.

· Material Handling Equipment & tools.

· Team performance

· Work instructions.

· Continuous Improvement Process focus (CIP)

· Stock counts and internal audits.

· Team and customer meetings

· Customer face

· Adjusting operations to changing customer requirements

· Resolution of conflicts and disputes effectively

· Claim Management

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s degree

· Minimum knowledge on the safety and legal documentation processes

for handling warehousing activities.

· Competent knowledge on utilizing the warehouse management system,

email system and proved Microsoft office skills.

· Communicate professionally in English at a competent level

(verbal and written)
