Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations and staff.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and records.
- Implement and monitor warehouse policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize operations.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Previous experience in fabric, fashion, or retail industry is a must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and distribution processes.
- Experience in managing multiple warehouse locations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
