Job Description

• Follow up that all tasks related to warehouse team members are done accurately and on time
• Ensure that receiving and issuing operations are done accurately and on time
• Ensure the proper warehouse layout to facilitate receiving and issuing the goods
• Follow up on production dates and ensure implementing the FIFO method
• Maintain records, document necessary data, and use reports on store status
• Cooperate with other departments to coordinate activities related to the warehouse
• Ensure the maintenance of the warehouse and equipment and report it through ticketing system Receive and process warehouse stock and ensure correct quantities and quality of the products
• Responsible for the daily stock take in the warehouse Detect and report any missing goods versus the system
• Plan and manage the shift rotation plan across all teams
• Ensure visiting all branches and stockers at least once monthly and handle any problem affecting his team performance
• Make sure that no damage happens to finished goods while handling the products inside the warehouse
• Ensure the safety of warehouse team within his region
• Ensure that the team/visitors wear the PPEs inside the warehouse premises according to the safety rules for each warehouse
• Implement any other tasks as requested by his manager
• Follow company's policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ Years of experience
