Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Monitor picking, packing, and shipping accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily floor checks for safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Assign and monitor tasks for warehouse staff.
- Resolve staff conflicts or escalate when needed.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout.
