Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Keeper with a valid Forklift Operator License to join our logistics and operations team in a state-of-the-art digital warehouse equipped with robotic automation systems.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory, supervise robotic and manual operations, operate forklifts. This role requires experience in high-tech warehouse environments and the ability to troubleshoot automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate shift activities, ensuring smooth operation of robotic picking, sorting, and storage systems.

  • Monitor automated workflows (e.g., AMRs, AS/RS, conveyor systems), and proactively resolve malfunctions or bottlenecks.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet KPIs in productivity, accuracy, and shipment.

  • Collaborate with IT/Automation teams to optimize WMS and robotic performance.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Enforce safety protocols for both personnel and equipment.

  • Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards.

  • Document and report incidents, near-misses, and equipment malfunctions.

• Technical Troubleshooting:

  • Support maintenance and automation teams in resolving technical issues.

  • Perform basic diagnostics and escalate complex problems to the robotics support team.

  • Proactively address disruptions to minimize downtime.

• Inventory & Quality Control:

  • Oversee cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy through WMS and automation systems.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or fulfillment errors.

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and quality control of products.

• Qualifications & Skills Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in automated or robotic environments.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Familiarity with warehouse robotics systems (e.g., Locus, Kiva, AutoStore).

  • Basic knowledge of automation or mechatronics systems (training provided).

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • Valid Forklift Operator License (mandatory).

  • OSHA Certification, Six Sigma, or Robotics Operations Training.

• Working Conditions:

  • Shift-based role (including nights and weekends, as required).

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work in a dynamic, automated environment.
