Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Assists in distributing the manpower plan.

Takes the work orders from the WH Supervisor and distribute the tasks on the employees.

Continuous presence in the WH to assist in any operation and to give needed instructions to the employees.

Gives work orders to the senior storekeepers and follow up on them daily.

Prepares the WH storage, arranges storage space and ensure placements of the RM/FG in the correct locations by using the forklift and hand lift.

Supervises stock movement and ensures proper processing of documents.

Controls the receipts of the incoming RM and record in on GLOVIA.

Follows up with the QC department to determine the accepted and rejected quantities and store them according to the WH plan.

Updates the inventory and makes sure that there are stickers on the pallets of raw materials, the storing and packing them on the racks.

Receives the returned items and record it on GLOVIA.

Receives sales orders from finance department and check the availability of the required amount.

Co-ordinates the stock and trucks movement with the Production, QC and Export departments.

Follows FIFO standards.

Monitors regular cycle count inventory and annual physical inventory.

Reviews counts variance reports and recommends variance adjustments.

Follows the 3s rules.

Gives OJT to the new hires.
