To build as a You as a Manages or performs work associated with the procurement and supply and logistics of manufacturing materials including Materials Requirements Planning. Materials Procurement/Purchasing. Materials Inventory Planning & Control. Materials Warehousing, Distribution & Transportation an Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. The problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

How you ll make an impact

• Oversee and executing the receiving, put-away, and storage of incoming materials and inventory using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) modules.
• Execute the goods issue, goods receipt, staging, picking and packing using EWM.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of outgoing materials and orders using SAP EWM.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand, utilizing SAP's materials requirements planning (MRP).
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, damages, or issues related to materials.
• Manage inventory control, including cycle counting and physical inventory, leveraging SAP's inventory management and reporting capabilities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material transactions, inventory levels, and warehouse activities in SAP.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on proper materials handling procedures and the use of SAP warehouse and materials management tools.
• Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in warehouse management, and identify opportunities to enhance SAP-based processes.

Your background

• Excellent Knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Apps.
• Experience in SAP Materials Management Module and Experience in S/4HANA is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Inventory and Materials Management.
• A diploma or a bachelor s degree in supply chain management, management information systems or a related field.
