Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and spare parts according to company procedures.
  • Prepare and issue material requests (MRs), delivery orders, and stock transfers.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through daily record updates and periodic physical counts.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and other departments for stock availability and deliveries.
  • Monitor stock usage and report shortages or overstock situations.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health & safety policies.
  • Support loading/unloading activities and ensure correct documentation is attached.
  • Use ERP system to update stock transactions in real time.
  • Assist in annual inventory audits and stock reconciliation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in warehouse or inventory operations (preferably in industrial / spare parts / power solutions sector).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Preferred to be Saudi
