Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and spare parts according to company procedures.
- Prepare and issue material requests (MRs), delivery orders, and stock transfers.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through daily record updates and periodic physical counts.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and other departments for stock availability and deliveries.
- Monitor stock usage and report shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health & safety policies.
- Support loading/unloading activities and ensure correct documentation is attached.
- Use ERP system to update stock transactions in real time.
- Assist in annual inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years experience in warehouse or inventory operations (preferably in industrial / spare parts / power solutions sector).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
- Strong Excel and documentation skills.
- Preferred to be Saudi
