Warehouse Manager | Riyadh | Hospitality Group

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive WAREHOUSE MANAGER to join the team of a well-known hospitality group in Riyadh. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring the availability and movement of company assets, goods and supplies. Your expertise in inventory management, strong organizational skills, and ability to optimize warehouse processes will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track consumption patterns, and forecast demand to optimize stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights on stock levels, turnover, and trends.

2. Warehouse Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing (physical & digital), and dispatching goods.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization, minimize handling time, and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of goods to facilitate easy retrieval and inventory accuracy.

3. Supplier Management:

  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods from suppliers.
  • Verify incoming shipments, inspect quality, and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any concerns and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and take appropriate actions to maintain high standards and optimize supply chain efficiency.

4. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and warehouse performance.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile inventory records and ensure accurate financial reporting.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in inventory management and warehouse technologies.
  • Implement and utilize inventory management systems to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory and Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, warehouse operations, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
