Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Manage inventory control processes, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and maintain a safe working environment.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of pharmaceutical products in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

Oversee the maintenance and calibration of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.

Proven track record in leading and developing warehouse teams.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce standard operating procedures.

Experience with regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical warehousing.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrated leadership at a managerial career level.
