Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient product storage, and smooth order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order dispatch.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures to optimize workflow and space utilization.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with sales, and retail teams to ensure timely product availability across stores.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
  • Manage warehouse systems and ensure data accuracy in Odoo system.
  • Prepare and analyze regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational performance.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for cosmetics products to preserve quality and compliance with regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within retail or FMCG, preferably cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
