Position Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the efficient management and oversight of our warehouse. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment, particularly in the aluminum or metal coating industry.

Objectives of This Role:

• Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, maintaining optimal inventory levels and accurate records.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Optimize warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking, including conducting regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and with production to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development to ensure high performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, implementing lean management practices to optimize space and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Utilize warehouse management software or MS Excel to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery as needed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in the aluminum or metal coating industry.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience with lean management and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
