1. Warehouse Operations & Governance

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations across Serh Group’s Habshan site, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for proper handling, storage, and movement of all inventory in Habshan.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track warehouse performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements at the Habshan facility.

2. Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory control for heavy machinery and light vehicle spare parts at the Habshan warehouse, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Manage classification of items (fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock) and develop strategies for optimization.
• Establish cycle count schedules and oversee regular stock audits in Habshan.
• Ensure effective coding, tagging, and system integration for all items.

3. Dead Stock & Value Recovery

• Identify slow-moving and dead stock at the Habshan warehouse, and develop strategies to extract value (resale, refurbishment, or alternative uses).
• Build relationships with overseas suppliers and third-party buyers to maximize recovery from non-performing inventory.
• Provide quarterly reports on stock utilization and value recovery achievements.

4. Procurement Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with department heads and procurement to forecast spare parts demand and create annual procurement plans specific to Habshan operations.
• Analyze historical data and operational requirements to ensure optimized purchasing decisions.
• Balance critical spare parts availability with working capital efficiency.
• Negotiate favorable supplier terms to reduce costs and improve lead times.

5. Supplier & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with overseas and local suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Lead supplier performance evaluations in coordination with procurement.
• Act as the key liaison between Habshan warehouse operations, procurement, and operations departments.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff based in Habshan, providing training to enhance capabilities.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the warehouse team.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across the Habshan site.
