Warehouse & Logistics Officer ATS TA

The Logistic/Warehouse Executive is responsible for the overall Administrative Responsibilities for the assigned area. This is a pivotal role encompassing process excellence job and a bridge to meet expectation of sales and service levels between organization and customers. Main responsibilities amongst others is to ensure that emails are answered on a timely basis and pro-actively contact and follow -up with customers, Co ordination with the operatios team, transporters and shipping lines to ensure smooth handling of the shipment.Should have an approachable attiture and maintain necessary e-mail and telephone ettiquettes.Last but not the least to ensure company values are adhered to and act as a brand ambassador of ATS.

Role

Customs Clearance (FZE) Activities

ü Local Gate Pass activities

ü Transfer of ownership (Internal transfer)

ü Transfer between FZE’s

ü FZE Bill of entries

ü Ensure monthly stock reconciliation between Dubai Trade records and physical inventory, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

ü Export from Local to Free Zone (ATS and other FZE Customers)

ü IMPORT TO LOCAL from FZE (ATS and other FZE Customers)

Documents to be provided by the logistics team if cargo is in ATS warehouse.

ü Opening job files in SAP

ü Invoicing

ü Maintaining Daily reports in excel

CDR (Customs Duty Receipt) report - Customs Duty paid etc

SGR (Standing Guarantee Receipt) report - Duty Deposit, Document deposit report etc

Warehousing & Distribution Activities

ü Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners for efficient logistics.

ü Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with company policies and safety standards.

ü Prepare reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and operational efficiency

ü Handle discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns efficiently

ü Support Stock audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

ü Sending GRN and outbound documents

ü Send Weekly Reports to Customers, like Stock Report & Periodical Reports

ü Opening job files in SAP

ü All Customers Invoicing (real time)

Qualification and Mandatory requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· To be aware of the procedures and policies of the Warehouse.

· To follow the guidelines instructed by the Warehouse Manager.

· Conversant with Excel & WMS application.
