Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and products in the warehouse management system.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and minimize loss or damage.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders, ensuring correct quantities and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
- Comply with all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work full-time and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when required.
