Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs clearance papers, and invoices.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and returns, ensuring data integrity.

File and archive important documents such as contracts, permits, and correspondence, adhering to company policies.

Input logistics data into ERP and WMS systems, generating regular reports on shipment status, delays, and inventory.

Communicate with freight forwarders, customs, and transport providers to coordinate shipments and address any issues.

Answer customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules, providing timely and accurate information.

Support procurement teams by verifying supplier invoices and delivery notes, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Ensure documentation complies with Saudi customs regulations, GOSI, and WPS payroll laws, maintaining legal and ethical standards.

Assist with scheduling deliveries, coordinating transport, and tracking shipment movement, updating internal databases.

Handle administrative tasks such as office supplies management, petty cash, and expense claims, supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data entry and report generation.

Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems is an advantage, with a willingness to learn new software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude.

Familiarity with Saudi customs regulations, GOSI, and WPS payroll laws is an asset.

Willingness to adapt to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
