Warehouse Assistant M/S DANUBE BUILDING MATERIALS FZCO

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system data.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.

2. Goods Receiving & Dispatch

• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and verification of all incoming materials.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of goods.
• Coordinate and schedule dispatches in line with delivery timelines.

3. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, picking, and packing.
• Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Optimize space utilization and maintain proper storage layout.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Address discrepancies or delays proactively.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure warehouse operations adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train warehouse staff on safety practices and operational procedures.

7. System & Process Improvement

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software for tracking inventory and operations.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
