Role: Recruiter

What You'll Do:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers
• Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment pipelines

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 – 5 years of recruitment experience (BPO / volume / non-IT preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Result-driven attitude with a sense of urgency
• Open to working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
