Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring “Call Center Agent” and “Senior Call Center Agent”

Location: Ajman, UAE

Salary budget AED 3500 and AED 5000 for respective roles

(Employment visa + Medical Insurance + Annual Leaves + Yearly Tickets + EOSB provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product/service information and resolve simple issues.

• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support.

• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.


Desired Candidate Profile

What we want

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center in UAE is mandatory for “Senior Call Center” role. Handling incoming and outgoing calls, email, and chat

• Excellent typing proficiency.



Walk-in interview on 8th-9th January 2026, Thursday and Friday between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
