Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems and memorization skills to ensure order precision.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to proper serving techniques and presentation standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs and proactively addressing any concerns or requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but a passion for hospitality can sometimes outweigh formal education.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
