Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage customer orders by accurately entering them into the POS system and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift to maintain financial accuracy.
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment, showcasing adaptability.
Certification in food safety or handling, demonstrating a commitment to health and hygiene standards.
Experience with POS systems or cash registers, ensuring efficient transaction processing.
