Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and seat lounge guests in a courteous and welcoming manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and drinks promptly while following service standards and lounge guidelines.

Provide information about menu items, promotions, or special requests when needed.

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any inquiries or complaints.

Keep tables, service stations, and lounge area clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.

Handle payments and process transactions accurately.

Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a smooth and comfortable lounge experience.

Adhere to health, safety, and sanitary regulations in food service.

Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled.


Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Waitress or in food service is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while retaining a strong customer-service focus.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for guests’ satisfaction.

Ability to handle payments and make correct change.

Flexible to work in different shifts, including nights, weekend, and holidays.

Fluent in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are a plus.

Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
