Roles & Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver them efficiently and professionally.
- Dining Experience: Ensure each guest has an exceptional and personalized dining experience, both in presentation and service.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently assist guests with inquiries or recommendations.
- Cleanliness & Setup: Prepare tables, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and follow hygiene standards before, during, and after service.
- Coordination: Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Billing & Payments: Accurately handle billing and payment procedures while ensuring a smooth guest checkout experience.
- Guest Feedback: Respond to guest concerns or special requests with professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
What We Need From You
We are looking for someone who brings energy, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Ideally, you ll have:
- High Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working in the GCC region is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is preferred)
